Aqua-Deck White Stain Blocker
White, water-based renovation and insulating paint with excellent hiding power for interior use. Prevents the penetration of nicotine, water marks, soot and grease stains, colouring substances from plasterboard and wood panels and similar contaminants on the substrate. Is ideal as a matt top coat, but can also be reworked in the usual way with wallpaper, emulsion paints and plasters.

Area of application
White, solvent-free interior insulation paint: covers nicotine, soot, grease and water stains – ideal for quick refurbishments in homes and hotels.Preparation
For all mineral substrates (such as gypsum, lime and cement render, concrete and masonry) as well as emulsion paints, synthetic resin renders, plasterboard, OSB and timber-based panels. Also ideal for non-solvent-resistant substrates such as polystyrene and rigid foam. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from release agents (e.g. dust). Remove loose material and poorly adhering coatings from the substrate. Prime highly absorbent, sandy and chalky substrates with baufan Tiefgrund LF. Repair cracks, holes and uneven areas with a suitable baufan filler.Processing
Stir well before use and apply undiluted using a roller, brush or suitable spray applicator, ensuring a continuous finish with no gaps. If necessary, apply a second coat once the first coat has dried completely. When coating larger areas, work wet-on-wet to avoid brush marks. Clean tools with water immediately after use.Drying time:
approx. 6 hours under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65 % relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate); under unfavourable conditions (e.g. low temperature or high humidity), the drying time will be correspondingly longer.
Tinting:
Tinting is possible using universal tinting concentrates (LW-Oxyd types only) up to a maximum of 0.2% without impairing the insulating effect.

To ensure the insulating effect is not compromised, baufan Aqua-Deck must not be diluted or mixed with other materials (such as emulsion or solid-colour paints).
Keep out of the reach of children. Cover surfaces not to be painted. Use a combined A2/P2 filter when spraying. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking whilst using the paint. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of contact with the eyes or skin, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Do not allow the product to enter the sewer system, watercourses or the ground.

Disposal:
Only send completely empty containers for recycling. Dried-out material residues may be disposed of with household waste or as construction site waste. Dispose of liquid residues in accordance with waste code 08 01 12.
